Life of Port Angeles city councilman and community volunteer Jim Moran celebrated

Moran, an U.S. Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in his sleep overnight on either Nov. 15 or 16 at the age of 71. He was to receive full military honors during the ceremony at the senior center, one of many places where Moran offered volunteer services.
