Forks will hold a memorial service Friday afternoon for former President Ronald Reagan.
State Rep. Jim Buck, R-Joyce, Port of Port Angeles Commissioner John Calhoun and Forks Mayor Nedra Reed will speak at the service, and members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Forks post will lay the wreath.
The service begins at 4 p.m. at the Forks Transit Center flag pavilion on U.S. Highway 101 at East E Street.
Reagan, the nation’s 40th president, died Saturday at age 93. President Bush has proclaimed Friday as a national day of mourning.
