A series of cancellations and changes to the sailing schedule on the Port Townsend-Keystone route of Washington State Ferries continues today.
Caused by low tides and ebb currents near Whidbey Island, today’s Port Townsend departures at 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. and the Keystone run at 10:15 a.m. will be canceled.
An extra Port Townsend run is scheduled at 11:30 a.m.
The schedule alterations, which appear at www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries, end today, then resume April 24-28.
Washington State Ferries advised a two-hour advance arrival for motorists taking vehicles over the Port Townsend-Keystone route this past weekend.
