The Social Distancing Center provides the homeless population a place to maintain 6 feet of physical distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.

Other agenda items for the Tuesday meeting include:

• Agreements concerning the Social Distancing Center with Olympic Peninsula Community Clinic to provide medical services, with Olympic Community Action Programs for the operation of the center, and with Norpoint Tactical for security services.

• An agreement with the state Department of Corrections for the temporary suspension of the transfer of newly-sentenced felons from county jails to state prisons.

• A request of proposals for 2021 behavioral health grants.

Commissioners will hold a weekly work session at 9 a.m. Monday.

Discussion items will include a resolution authorizing 2021 expenditures from the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund.

Forks City Council

The Forks City Council will consider an annexation at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
