Drive-through fundraiser set for Saturday

PORT ANGELES — Clallam Mosaic will celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness month with a drive-through Italian cream soda fundraiser between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Sodas can be ordered online at www.clallam mosaic.org and picked up at 205 Black Diamond Road.

The first 100 orders will also receive an art postcard and a frosted shamrock cookie from Sweet Beginning Takeaway in Sequim.

One of the shamrock cookies has golden frosting and the person who finds it will win a $50 gift card for Safeway; another will have platinum frosting and the person who finds it will receive two tickets to the 2022 Juan de Fuca Festival.

The Italian sodas are $8; cash or checks are accepted.

Flavors include vanilla, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, toasted marshmallow or a combination.

Vanilla and strawberry flavors are available sugar-free; the sodas can also be ordered without whipped cream or completely dairy-free.
