PUD survey coming

PORT ANGELES — General Manager Doug Nass says the Clallam County Public Utility District will begin a survey of customers within the next two weeks.

A random sample of about 400 residential customers will be contacted to participate.

The 10-minute survey will be conducted via telephone by SDS Research, a full-service marketing research firm.

Calls will come from the SDS Research general phone number at 208-438-6100.

“This survey and its results are of great importance to the PUD,” Nass said.

“While we believe that the PUD does a great job, we know that it is vital that we listen to our customers and respond to their input.”

Final results of the survey are expected to be presented to utility management before year’s end.
