BRINNON — One of two Bremerton men whose raft overturned in the Duckabush River on Saturday afternoon was found alive and barefoot Monday morning along Mountain Trail Road.
After contacting search and rescue personnel, the man, Robert Lindsay, refused medical attention and returned to the campsite from which he and another man had begun their rafting trip on Saturday afternoon.
The other man was found Saturday shortly after the accident.
Lindsay was shown on KING-TV calmly reading Monday’s edition of the Peninsula Daily News, which had a Page 1 story about a search for his body.
