THE CLALLAM COUNTY Auditor’s Office sent 20,240 all-mail ballots on Wednesday to voters in the Sequim and Cape Flattery school districts to vote on their respective levy requests.
If approved by voters on Feb. 7, the Sequim replacement levy would increase levy revenue by $200,000 to $2.8 million in 2007, and by about 5 percent every year through 2010.
In the Cape Flattery School District, the levy will continue a $335,000 levy for four years.
According to Clallam County elections coordinator Patty Rosand, 19,304 ballots were sent to Sequim School District voters and 936 were sent to Cape Flattery voters.
Ballots in the all-mail election are due back to the county Auditor’s Office by 8 p.m. Feb. 7.
