Scholarship awarded to Port Angeles student

OLYMPIA — Cheyenne Maggard, of Port Angeles, has been awarded a $1,000 college scholarship from the Washington Public Utility District Association.

Maggard, a homeschool student, will graduate in 2022.

She also participates in the Running Start program at Peninsula College.

Maggard is the daughter of Brent and Meghan Maggard.
