NEWS BRIEFS: Unity speaker announced for weekend … and other items

PORT ANGELES — The Rev. Donna Little will present “The Power of Your Smile” at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

Little will be teaching at Unity in the Olympics, 2917 E. Myrtle Ave.

Sunday service begins at 10 a.m. Child care is available.

Evensong service

CHIMACUM — The Rev. Simon Ruth deVoil will offer music for an Evensong service from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Sunday.

The service will be held in the Chimacum Grange, 9572 Rhody Drive.

Evensong is a contemplative, Celtic, Christian service.

The public is welcome to attend this free service, there will be a quiet play area for children.

Grateful Harmony

PORT TOWNSEND — The Rev. Simon de Voil will join with the Threshold Choir for a concert from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.

The concert, part of the Grateful Harmony series, will be held at the Unity Spiritual Enrichment Center, 3918 San Juan Ave.

Tickets are priced on a sliding scale from $5 to $20.
