Knot-tying classes scheduled at North Olympic Library branches

PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library System’s Summer Reading Program will host knot-tying workshops at branches this week.

The workshops are part of the program’s weekly Discovery Club for youths in kindergarten through fifth grade.

Workshops are set for:

• 3 p.m. Tuesday at Tillicum Park, Tillicum Lane, Forks.

• 3 p.m. Wednesday, outside children’s area at the Port Angeles branch, 2210 S. Peabody St.

• 10:30 a.m Friday, behind the Sequim branch, 601 N. Sequim Ave..
