PORT ANGELES — Andrew Fountain will present “Disappearing Olympic Glaciers” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The free lecture, sponsored by Olympic Climate Action, will stream on Zoom.
Fountain will discuss the paper, “Glaciers of the Olympic Mountains, Washington — The Past and Future 100 Years”, published in the April 2022 issue of Journal of Geophysical Research: Earth Surface.
Fountain is a professor of geology and geography at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.
