Garden walks to resume in Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — Second Saturday Garden Walks will resume at 10 a.m. Saturday.

The monthly walks are in the Fifth Street Community Garden, 328 E. Fifth St.

The walks, led by Clallam County master gardeners, will continue through Saturday, Sept. 10.

Participants will learn what needs to be done in the vegetable garden, learn what problems are likely to appear that month, learn what control measures exist for common pest and diseases and get timely advice.
