Animals moved from neighboring field
Mel Kempf of Freshwater Bay rides his horse, Echo, while leading another horse, Levy, down Freshwater Bay Road on Wednesday west of Port Angeles.
Kempf said he was moving the animals from a neighboring field to his home down the road.
