Executive director of Jefferson Conservation District to address Chimacum Grange

CHIMACUM — Joe Holtrop will address a meeting of Chimacum Grange at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the grange hall, 9572 Rhody Drive.

Holtrop, the executive director of the Jefferson County Conservation District, will discuss the district’s work on behalf of local agriculture and the impact of recent attempts by the legislature to establish larger buffers around streams.

Soup, bread and homemade food will be served at 6:15 p.m.
