LETTER:Not so

The Aug. 6 letter to the editor, “Second Amendment”, states that ” ‘Foreign and domestic’ seem to be part of the Second Amendment often forgotten.”

It’s easy to forget, as those words are not in the Second Amendment, which reads as follows, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
