Tamale time set Monday in Brinnon

BRINNON — The Jefferson County Library and Jefferson County Immigrant Rights Advocates will host Tamale Time! from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday.

The family event is at the Brinnon Community Center, 306144 U.S. Highway 101.

After assembling tamales to eat, or take home, participants will explore crafts such as corn husk dolls or colorful paper flags,
