Harbor Art Gallery in Port Angeles features McFaul’s work

PORT ANGELES — Harbor Art Gallery will feature the work of Nancy McFaul during the month of June.

The gallery at 114 N. Laurel St. in Port Angeles is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. McFaul will be at the gallery June 9 and June 16.

Using pen and ink and adding watercolor, McFaul paints everyday objects, scenes, people and imagined encounters she experienced over the past year to create her multimedia art.

McFaul studied design in San Francisco and Berkeley, Calif., and moved to Seattle, where she raised a family and worked in the family’s small specialty bakery in Pike Place Market while painting and taking classes at the Gage Academy of Art.
