‘Conflict as a Gift’ subject of Studium Generale

PORT ANGELES — Ankur Shah Delight will present “Experiencing Conflict as a Gift” at 12:35 p.m. Thursday.

The free hybrid lecture series will be in the Little Theater on the college’s Port Angeles campus, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.

Delight, a mediator, facilitator, chaplain, ombud, podcast host and author, will discuss how conflict can serve as an opportunity for growth and transformation.

Future presentations in the series include “Fulbright Exchange to India” with Rob DeCou on Feb. 6, “Mangroves: An Invaluable Ally Against Climate Change” with Alfredo Quarto on Feb. 13, “Undersea Research and Opportunities for Rural College Students” with John R. Teal and Deborah Kelley on Feb. 20, “Cancer Sticks — Corruption of Sacred Tobacco” with Karen Sixkiller on Feb. 27, and an artist lecture by Cory Ench on March 6.
