PORT ANGELES — Angeles and Bayview Mini Storage has sold for $3.4 million, according to real estate firm of Marcus and Millichamp.
The portfolio includes Angeles Mini Storage, 919 W. Lauridsen Blvd., and Bayview Mini Storage, 62 Bayview Ave.
According to a press release, the Port Angeles facilities have a total of 323 units with more than 31,000 square feet of rentable storage.
The buyer was an unnamed Washington limited liability corporation.
