PORT ANGELES — North Olympic Healthcare Network has announced the addition of two new members to its clinical staff.

Dr. Matthew Novack, a family physician, and Dejie Lu, a certified physician assistant, will see patients in the network’s new Eastside Health Center when it opens in March.

Novack earned his M.D. at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle; he completed a residency in family medicine in Tacoma as well as fellowships in rural medicine and high-risk obstetrics.

Lu, who was born in born in China and moved to the U.S. at age five, earned an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and a Masters degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, Okla.
