BUSINESS BRIEFS: Operation Uplift gets donation from brokers; PA business has new name

PORT ANGELES — In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, Windermere Real Estate brokers in Sequim and Port Angeles recently presented a donation of $600 to Operation Uplift, an all-volunteer-run organization serving the Olympic Peninsula by providing assistance to individuals dealing with a cancer diagnoses.

Services include prostheses, compression sleeves, wigs, travel assistance, mammography and activities.

The next breast health clinic will be held in Sequim on Oct. 15.

Port Angeles business has new name

PORT ANGELES — Randolf Frederick Co. in Suite 211 of The Landing mall, 115 E. Railroad Ave., has changed its name to The Jewelry Shop​pe.

Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The store is closed Sundays.
