UPDATE— Electrical power restored west of Joyce

JOYCE — Electrical power has been restored to some 250 customers of the Clallam County Public Utility District after an outage affecting an area just west of Joyce at 10:20 a.m. today.

The outage was caused by a tree in a line, said Michael Howe, PUD spokesman.

Power was restored to all customers by 12:48 p.m., he said, with the last customers who regained power being mostly those living west of Gossett Road.

The cause of the outage has not been determined, said Michael Howe, PUD spokesman.

PUD crews have been dispatched to restore power, he said.
