PORT ANGELES — Nathan Wyall, 9, left, and Aiden Tatarek, 9, both of Port Angeles, take a break from trick-or-treating next to Sharon Young of Port Angeles and her dog, Valentine, at the Conrad Dyar Memorial Fountain. The group were among the thousands of people taking part in Halloween festivities hosted by downtown businesses.
