Canote to speak at Studium Generale East

PORT TOWNSEND — Studium Generale East will host Jere Canote at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Canote will speak at Peninsula College’s Port Townsend campus, 202 Eisenhower Ave., Fort Worden.

The presentation also will stream live at https://pencol-edu.zoom.us/j/87043317664.

Canote, a musician, teacher and storyteller, will share an evening of music and reflection.

Canote, with his twin brother Greg, were regular performers on Sandy Bradley’s Potluck, a National Public Radio show broadcast from Murphy’s Pub in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood.

His presentation will conclude the Studium Generale East series for this year.
