Port Angeles City Council set to meet

The Port Angeles City Council will conduct a strategic planning work session during a special meeting from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday. The council will meet at Lincoln Center, 905 W. Ninth St.

Council work sessions do not include a public comment period.
