Ludlow Players to perform ‘Nunsense’ this weekend

PORT LUDLOW — The Ludlow Village Players will perform “Nunsense” at 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday with a matinee at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The production will be on the stage at the Bay Club, 120 Spinnaker Place through April 21.

Tickets are $19 per person and are available online at www.brownpapertickets.com.

The musical comedy, written by Dan Goggin, is a spoof that follows the misadventures of five nuns as they attempt to manage a fundraiser talent show after the demise of rest of the sisterhood from Sister Julia Child of God’s vichyssoise.

The cast features Gwen Adams as Sister Mary Regina, Vicki Valley as Sister Mary Hubert, Kate Marshall as Sister Robert Anne, Christine Pence Usher as Sister Mary Amnesia, Madison Maxwell as Sister Mary Leo and Catherine Benson as Sister Mary Melody.
