North Olympic Library System to sponsor Movement Storytimes

FORKS — The North Olympic Library System will sponsor Movement Storytimes at 10:30 a.m. on Fridays throughout July.

The early learning program for children aged 5-years and younger will be at Tillicum Park.

Movement Storytime can help improve large and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, balance and coordination, according to a library press release.

The library will also offer the program on Thursday, July 22, at 20:30 a.m. in the field behind the Sequim Branch Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave, Sequim and at 2 p.m. on the lawn outside the children’s area of the Port Angeles branch, 2210 S. Peabody St.

Registration, at www.nols.org, is required for each session.
