Sequim celebrated its civic pride in somewhat muted — and virtual — forms this past weekend, with a slew of online events combined with an Innovated Arts and Crafts festival and a parade-turned-procession to celebrate the 126th iteration of the Sequim Irrigation Festival on Saturday.

With emcee Stephen Rosales serving as virtual guide, festival royalty, from left, princesses Allie Gale and Zoee Kuperus, float builder Guy Horton, princess Sydney VanProyen and queen Hannah Hampton make their way through downtown.

This year’s theme was “Sequim — A Place Where You Can Rome.”
