Garden Clun scholarships awarded to area students

PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles Garden Club has awarded three $1,000 scholarships to local high school graduates.

The recipients are Alexis Cobb, who plans to study environmental science at Central Washington University in Ellensburg; Sylvie Sensenbach, who is attending Peninsula College; and Raine Westfall, who plans to study journalism and biology at Western Washington University in Bellingham.
