David Darling of Port Angeles walks along Railroad Avenue in downtown Port Angels waving a flag in honor of Independence Day on Saturday.
Darling said the cancellation of the annual Fourth of July parade due to COVID-19 prompted him to create a parade of his own to display his patriotic spirit.
