AGNEW — An Agnew-area house caught fire twice this week, with the second blaze engulfing the home, fire officials report.

Assistant Fire Chief Tony Hudson with Clallam County Fire District 3 said fire crews responded to a call at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday to the 200 block of Harmony Lane off North Barr Road where they discovered a small electrical fire. It was extinguished at about 8 p.m., he said.

Fire crews were called back at 2:15 a.m. the next morning to the home fully involved flames.

The home was abandoned. The homeowner was planning a demolition, Hudson said.

Firefighters continue to investigate the cause of the second fire, Hudson said.
