Taize service scheduled for St. Luke’s Episcopal Church

SEQUIM — St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 525 N. Fifth St., will host an ecumenical Taize service from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday.

The service includes song, prayer and contemplation in a meditative candlelit atmosphere.

Participants may join the chorus or simply sit peacefully during the service and experience the calming effect of being in God’s presence.
