PORT ANGELES — A man was cited for failure to yield the right of way after a two vehicle roll-over wreck in Port Angeles on Wednesday morning.

No one was injured in the wreck, police said.

Officers with the Port Angeles Police Department, Port Angeles Fire Department and State Patrol had the intersection of West Ninth Street and South Oak Street blocked due to the collision.

Port Angeles Officer JJ Smith said that a man drove through the uncontrolled intersection while a female driver was already in the intersection. The man was cited for the wreck.

Firefighters had to chop through the windshield to free the female driver, who was trapped inside.

Police did not release the names of those involved.
