PORT ANGELES — Brad and Catie Tesreau have launched their barbecue business, Blues City Barbecue LLC, at the Port Angeles Farmers Market, held Saturdays at The Gateway center at Front and Lincoln streets.

Blues City Barbecue is a Memphis, Tenn.-style barbecue featuring pulled pork, ribs and a Memphis original: BBQ nachos.

All meat is slow-smoked over charcoal and hickory.
