PORT ANGELES — Unity in the Olympics, 2917 E. Myrtle St., will hold a 10:30 a.m. service Sunday with guest speaker Otto Gershon.
The lesson is “The Messiah in Jewish Passover.”
“Israel has a central role in the Bible. The only role that is more central is that of the Messiah,” a news release reads.
“In the traditional Passover seder, both of these roles come together in a remarkable way that is filled with insight and hope.”
Gershon is a biblical scholar who has been teaching from the Bible for 30 years and has been leading a Messianic Jewish Fellowship for the past 15 years.
Child care is available during the service.
A brief time for silent meditation will be held from 10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
All are welcome to attend all church activities.
