EYE ON BUSINESS: This week’s business meetings

■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.
The speaker this Monday will be Kris Mayer, head of the KLMayer Consulting Group, on charter schools and other education topics of note.
Lunch at $8 will be served by Subway. The meeting sponsor will be Bon Appetit.
■ Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are usually held at 11:45 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at noon at SunLand Golf & Country Club, 109 Hilltop Drive, Sequim.
Instead, this Tuesday’s luncheon will be “A Picnic in the Park” at Pioneer Park, 387 W. Washington St., Sequim.
RSVP by noon Monday. The lunch will be $15, with a wine tasting offered by Wind Rose Cellars.
■ Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive, Port Angeles.
The speaker for this coming Tuesday morning is Susan K. Trettevik, regional manager for the state Department of Natural Resources.
There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
