‘Return of the River,’ film on Elwha dam removals, shows in Port Angeles tonight

PORT ANGELES — A pre-release test screening of “Return of the River,” a 71-minute documentary about the Elwha River dam removals, will be shown in Peninsula College’s Little Theater, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd., at 7 p.m. tonight.

Sponsored by John Gussman, one of the filmmakers, this is an opportunity for local residents to view and comment before the film goes into broad release this fall.

Donations will be accepted at the door to help support distribution costs for the film
