West End: Two die on land, sea in separate incidents

A 74-year-old Seattle man died Wednesday night when his 28-foot fishing boat was dashed against the rocks near the mouth of the Quillayute River.
Then Thursday evening in an unrelated incident, a 54-year-old woman was killed in a collision between her motorcycle and a go-kart driven by a 15-year-old boy on U.S. Highway 101 north of Forks.
