Port Angeles Parks and Recreation Department workers prepare floating dock sections for installation after they were barged across Port Angeles Harbor from storage to Port Angeles City Pier on Thursday. The docks, used for transient moorage, have not been deployed since 2021, when a primary float was damaged by a storm. Floats are scheduled to be in place this weekend, although the gangways from the upper pier deck will not be lowered into position until next week.
