Kay Hermann of Port Angeles poses with her 2023 Toyota Corolla from Wilder Toyota. I couldn’t believe Bruce Skinner (the foundation executive director) when he called me. I thought he was joking.” Hermann has supported the foundation through the years, figuring she has purchased “a million ducks’” over the years.
