PORT ANGELES — Soroptimist International of Port Angeles has awarded its annual nursing scholarship to Anna DeGroote.

The Port Angeles Ambassadors helped with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Healthy Transitions, 717 S. Peabody St., which will provide mental health outreach services for residents of Clallam County.
