Evans, who often plays with fellow piper Tomas McCurdy, has been offering weekly outdoor sets since April 2020 and currently pipes on a weather-permitting schedule of noon on Tuesdays on Ediz Hook and noon on Fridays at Sequim's Carrie Blake Park.
