UPDATE: Power in small Sequim outage expected back by 8 p.m.

SEQUIM — Power is expected to be back by 8 p.m. in an area off West Fir Street, a Clallam County Public Utility District spokesman said tonight.

At approximately 3:25 p.m., the PUD experienced the outage affecting 106 customers.

A malfunctioning transformer is blamed.
