Sequim: SARC levy measure lags

SEQUIM — The proposed Sequim Aquatic Recreation Center replacement maintenance and operations levy was failing Tuesday night.

The replacement levy would cost voters 12 cents per $1,000 of assessed property valuation — two cents lower than the current tax rate.
