John and Sarah Aten of Port Angeles won the 2024 Toyota Corolla donated by Wilder Auto in the 35th Great Olympic Peninsula Duck Pluck. Sarah said she will mostly drive it. The family buys a package for $350 every year, including one entry in the VID race and 60 entries in the main race. Their VID duck is labeled JETS, which stands for the four members of their family — John, teenagers Elora and Tim as well as Sarah.
