Hood Canal Bridge intermittent night closures planned

SHINE — Travelers could find intermittent closures of Hood Canal Bridge to vehicle traffic that could extend up to 30 minutes between 10 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21.

The closures are in preparation for winter storms.

State Department of Transportation crews train to perform activities directly related to bad weather. The training is performed at night when traffic volumes are lighter.
