Celebrate Customer Appreciation Week with First Fed

Now in their 101st year in the PNW, First Fed is celebrating its annual Customer Appreciation Week this March 25 to 29, 2024. All community members are invited – whether a First Fed customer or curious about becoming one. People can stop by their branches all week for treats, swag, and to enter the prize drawing. The week culminates with free lunch on Friday for the first 101 people starting at 11am.

Local Prizes

As part of the celebration, each branch is offering a drawing for a unique prize basket full of goodies from local businesses.

“We love curating our prize baskets each year,” said Andrea Robertson, Manager of First Fed’s Sixth Street branch in Port Angeles. “It’s a great way to celebrate both our customers and community by showcasing what local businesses have to offer.”

People can enter the prize drawing in a branch or online starting on Monday, March 25 at 7am. The deadline for entries is Friday, March 29 at 11:59 p.m.

Friday Food Truck Fun

On Friday, March 29 starting at 11 a.m., the branches are serving up local culinary delights for the final day of Customer Appreciation Week. Each branch partnered with a local food truck or restaurant to offer a free lunch to the first 101 customers—one for each year First Fed has been serving customers in the Pacific Northwest.

“We love our customers!” said Angela Saffery, Branch Manager of First Fed Bainbridge Island. “We’re so pleased to celebrate our community and the partnerships that have enabled us to serve the Peninsula for 101 years.”

Branch Welcome

While the branches will have more giveaways on offer during Customer Appreciation Week, there is always an open invitation to come in for a visit.

“When you’re visiting a branch, take advantage of our free annual financial checkup service,” noted Jami Peterson, Branch Manager at First Fed’s Barkley branch in Bellingham. “We’d love to schedule a time to talk through your financial goals and how we can help you achieve them.”
