SEQUIM — Barb Paschal will present “Healthier Brains and Bodies” at 2 p.m. today as a part of WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum series, broadcast on KSQM radio, 91.5 FM.

Paschal, a retired physical therapist, will discuss the effect that singing out loud can have on both the brain and the body.

The wellness lecture series is sponsored by the Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic.
