Stark demonstrated the making of a healthy dip for a crudite using fresh peas and cottage cheese as part of World Wide Breast Feeding Week with the emphasis on breast milk as the very first healthy food kids get in life. The program was sponsored by Jefferson Healthcare and Jefferson County Public Health. The demos will repeat on Saturday at the Uptown Farmer’s Market.
